Sparroo is a brand of S3 Stores, Inc., 2885 Sanford Ave SW #12717, Grandville, MI 49418. We sell outdoor power equipment directly to customers across the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We make every effort to display product specifications, photos, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. If a product significantly differs from its listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory shortages, pricing errors, or shipping address restrictions.
Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. We do not offer financing, payment plans, or installment options.
Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. In short: free curbside freight delivery to all 50 US states, with a standard delivery window of 2 to 3 weeks from order placement.
Refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Standard return window is 30 days from delivery.
Every machine sold carries its full manufacturer warranty (typically 2 to 5 years). Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer's authorized service network. We assist with claims at no additional cost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S3 Stores, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the purchase price of the product.
All content on sparroo.shop, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by S3 Stores, Inc. or licensed for use. You may not copy, modify, or republish content without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Brevard County, Florida.
