At Sparroo (a brand of S3 Stores, Inc.), we want you to be confident in every purchase. Our return policy is built for the realities of freight shipping and large outdoor power equipment.
You have 30 days from the date your machine is delivered to request a return. The 30-day clock starts on the date listed on your freight delivery receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the returned machine, we process refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank settlement can take an additional 3 to 5 business days.
We do not charge restocking fees. The price you paid, minus return freight if applicable, is what you get back.
Every machine we sell carries its full factory warranty (typically 2 to 5 years, depending on brand and model). Warranty claims after the 30-day return window are handled through the manufacturer's authorized service network. We help you file claims at no charge.
