Return and Refund Policy

At Sparroo (a brand of S3 Stores, Inc.), we want you to be confident in every purchase. Our return policy is built for the realities of freight shipping and large outdoor power equipment.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your machine is delivered to request a return. The 30-day clock starts on the date listed on your freight delivery receipt.

What can be returned

  • Unused machines in original packaging, including all manuals, keys, batteries, and accessories.
  • Machines that have been started or briefly used for fitting only.

What cannot be returned

  • Machines with visible heavy use, damage from operator error, or modification.
  • Machines missing the original packaging, manuals, keys, or major accessories.
  • Consumables and wear items: oil, blades, belts, filters, fuel.
  • Custom-ordered or special-build machines (clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page).

How to start a return

Email contact@sparroo.shop or call +1 (813) 214-2072 with your order number. We will send return freight instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping

  • Damaged or defective on arrival: we cover return freight 100%, and either replace the machine or issue a full refund. Your choice.
  • Change of mind or other returns: you pay return freight. Freight return cost typically runs $250 to $500 depending on origin and machine size. We will provide a freight quote before you commit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned machine, we process refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank settlement can take an additional 3 to 5 business days.

No restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees. The price you paid, minus return freight if applicable, is what you get back.

Manufacturer warranty

Every machine we sell carries its full factory warranty (typically 2 to 5 years, depending on brand and model). Warranty claims after the 30-day return window are handled through the manufacturer's authorized service network. We help you file claims at no charge.
