Order Status & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from the customer account dashboard or directly from the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Three ways to check on your order
1. Email confirmation
Search your inbox for "Sparroo order confirmation" or "shipping confirmation" — both emails include order details and tracking links.
2. Account dashboard
If you placed your order while logged in, sign in to your account at the top of any page → "Orders" — you'll see every order with its current status.
3. Contact us
If you can't find your tracking info or have questions about delivery, email contact@sparroo.shop or call +1 (813) 214-2072 with your order number and we'll look it up immediately.
Order statuses explained

Pending — order received, payment authorized, waiting to be processed

Processing — order is being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment

Shipped — handed to the carrier, tracking number issued

Out for delivery — on the truck for delivery today

Delivered — successfully delivered
Freight delivery (riding mowers & large equipment)
For mowers and attachments shipped via freight, the carrier will call you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window once the shipment reaches your local terminal. This typically happens 1–2 days before delivery.
Important: Answer that call. Missing the scheduling call can delay your delivery by several days.

Common delivery questions
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Should I worry?
Probably not. Freight tracking updates less frequently than UPS or FedEx. Most freight scans happen at origin, hub transfers, and the destination terminal — not in between. Give it 48 hours before reaching out.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us immediately at contact@sparroo.shop with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes typically incur a $50 reroute fee from the carrier.
Can I delay my delivery?
Yes, in most cases. Once the freight carrier contacts you, you can ask them to hold the shipment at the local terminal for up to 5 business days at no charge. Beyond that, storage fees apply.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Freight deliveries require a signature. You can either: (1) reschedule for a day you're available, (2) authorize a neighbor to sign with your written permission, or (3) pick up at the local terminal yourself.
