Free curbside delivery to all 50 US states

Every machine on sparroo.shop ships free of charge to all 50 United States. No matter what you buy, no matter where you live in the country, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise fees at the door.

Delivery time: 7 to 10 business days

Lawn mowers, zero-turns, and outdoor power equipment are large items that ship via freight carriers, not UPS or FedEx Ground. Because we ship factory-direct to keep prices low, your machine is built or pulled from factory inventory after you place your order. Here is the typical timeline:

  • Days 1 to 3: Order processed and machine prepared at the warehouse.
  • Days 3 to 7: Machine loaded onto a freight truck and routed to the regional terminal nearest you.
  • Days 7 to 10: Local freight carrier calls to schedule a curbside delivery appointment in a 4-hour window.

Total delivery time: about 7 to 10 business days from order placement. If a particular route runs longer, we'll tell you up front — we'd rather be honest than apologize.

What "curbside" means

Curbside delivery means the freight carrier drops your machine at the end of your driveway on a wooden pallet. The driver will lower the pallet using the truck's lift gate, roll it onto your driveway entrance or the street outside your property, and have you sign the delivery receipt.

The driver does not drive into your driveway, move the machine into your garage or shed, uncrate or assemble the machine, or wait while you start it up.

For most riding mowers and zero-turns, getting the machine off the pallet and into your garage is a two-person job that takes 15 to 30 minutes. The pallet comes with wooden ramps. Plan to have help available on delivery day.

No hidden fees

Many freight retailers add surcharges at checkout or at the door. We do not. Already included in your free shipping: lift gate service, residential delivery, appointment scheduling notification, signature requirement, and limited-access zone delivery.

What to do on delivery day

  1. Be home. Freight deliveries require a signature. Missed appointments may add a few days to your timeline.
  2. Inspect the pallet before signing. Walk around it. If anything looks off, note "Damaged" or "Subject to inspection" on the delivery receipt before you sign.
  3. Have help. Getting a 400 to 800 pound machine off a pallet is easier with two people.
  4. Take photos. Document the pallet condition at arrival in case you need to file a freight damage claim.

Freight damage claims

Freight damage is rare but does happen. If your machine arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sparroo.shop or +1 (813) 214-2072. Send photos. We will file the claim with the carrier and either repair or replace the machine at no cost to you.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking email within a few days of placing your order, once your machine is loaded onto a freight truck. The freight terminal in your area will also call you 1 to 2 days before delivery to schedule a window.

Shipping coverage

We ship free to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa), APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
