Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, warranty, returns, and getting the most from your new outdoor equipment.
Ordering
Are the mowers brand new? Yes, absolutely. Every machine we sell is brand new and factory-fresh. We do not sell refurbished, used, gray-market, or display-model equipment. You receive the same product you'd get from any authorized dealer — with the full manufacturer's warranty intact.
Why are your prices lower than local dealers? We sell direct to consumers online, which eliminates the overhead costs that traditional dealers pass on to you — things like showroom space, large sales teams, and dealer prep fees. By cutting out that markup, we pass the savings straight to you. It's the same brand-new machine with the same factory warranty — you can see the original price struck through right on each product page.
Are you an authorized dealer? Every mower ships with its complete, original manufacturer's warranty — not a third-party aftermarket warranty. If you ever need warranty service, you work directly with the manufacturer's authorized service network, just as you would with any dealer purchase.
Can I place an order by phone? Yes! Call us at +1 (813) 214-2072, Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET. Our team can help you select the right machine and place your order over the phone. This is a great option for customers who have detailed product questions before buying.
Do you have a physical store I can visit? We are an online-only retailer. This is part of how we keep prices low — no showroom overhead means more savings for you. If you'd like to see a machine in person before buying, we recommend visiting a local dealer showroom, then purchasing from us to take advantage of our pricing.
What brands do you carry? We carry Husqvarna, Ariens, Cub Cadet, Toro, Gravely, Bad Boy, Craftsman, Troy-Bilt, and Yard Force. All are top-tier brands with strong reputations and nationwide service networks.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Every order ships free to any address in the contiguous 48 United States, with no minimum. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
How are mowers shipped? Most riding mowers and zero-turns ship via freight carrier (LTL) on a pallet. Smaller items such as walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and accessories typically ship via UPS or FedEx. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
What is the freight delivery process? When your mower ships via freight, the carrier will call you at the phone number on your order to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. Freight deliveries are curbside — the driver will bring the pallet to the end of your driveway or curb. You will need to be present for delivery to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us first.
What should I do when my freight delivery arrives? Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the packaging carefully for any visible damage. If you notice damage, note it clearly on the delivery paperwork ("damaged packaging") before signing. Then contact us immediately at contact@sparroo.shop so we can open a freight claim on your behalf. Never refuse a delivery based on minor packaging damage alone — contact us first.
How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive in about 7–10 business days from the day you order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I ship to a PO box? Unfortunately, we cannot ship large equipment to PO boxes. Freight carriers require a physical street address for delivery. For smaller items shipped via UPS or FedEx, PO boxes may be accepted — contact us to confirm for your specific order.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on all equipment. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us at contact@sparroo.shop to initiate a return. Equipment must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, keys, and accessories. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return freight (typically $250–$500, and we'll quote it before you commit). If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return freight 100% and either replace it or issue a full refund — your choice. No restocking fees.
How do I start a return? Email us at contact@sparroo.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not ship anything back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.
Does my mower come with a warranty? Yes. Every mower we sell carries the full original manufacturer's warranty — the same warranty you'd receive buying from any authorized dealer. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product category but typically ranges from 2–5 years. See our Warranty Information page for full details by brand.
How do I file a warranty claim? Warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer through their authorized service network. Contact the brand's customer service team with your proof of purchase and they will direct you to a local authorized service dealer. You can also contact us and we'll help guide you through the process.
Product Questions
What size mower do I need for my property? A general rule of thumb:
See our Mower Buying Guide for a complete walkthrough.
What is the difference between a riding tractor and a zero-turn mower? A riding tractor has a traditional steering wheel and is typically better for properties with trees, obstacles, and irregular terrain. A zero-turn mower uses lap bars and can rotate 360° on its axis, making it much faster and more maneuverable in open areas. Zero-turns are generally more efficient for flat, large properties and are preferred by professionals.
What is the difference between residential and commercial mowers? Residential mowers are designed for homeowners mowing 1–5 times per week for personal use. Commercial mowers are built with heavier-duty frames, larger engines, and higher-duty-cycle components for all-day professional use. Commercial machines typically carry better warranties and are built to last longer under heavy use. If you mow for pay or mow more than 5 acres regularly, consider a commercial machine.
Are electric mowers as powerful as gas mowers? Battery-electric technology has advanced significantly. Modern electric zero-turns from brands like Husqvarna and Yard Force deliver comparable cutting performance to gas equivalents in many residential applications. They are quieter, produce no exhaust, and require less maintenance. For extended commercial use, gas or diesel machines still offer longer run times and faster refueling.
Account & Other
