Roles We Periodically Hire

Warehouse & Fulfillment — Titusville, FL (On-Site)

Warehouse Associate: Receiving, staging, and shipping large outdoor equipment. Forklift experience a plus. Physical role — mowers are heavy.

Shipping Coordinator: Managing freight carrier relationships, tracking LTL shipments, resolving delivery exceptions.

Inventory Specialist: Cycle counts, receiving accuracy, working with our Shopify inventory system.
Customer Service — Remote or Titusville, FL

Customer Support Specialist: Email and phone support for orders, shipping questions, returns, and warranty coordination. You'll become a product expert.

Customer Experience Lead: Own our post-purchase flows, monitor reviews, handle escalations, and identify patterns that need fixing upstream.
Marketing — Remote

Content & SEO Specialist: Product descriptions, buying guides, blog posts, and on-page SEO. Must understand lawn equipment or be willing to learn fast.

Paid Media Manager: Google Shopping, Meta, and YouTube ad management for an e-commerce brand. Experience with high-AOV products preferred.

Email Marketing Specialist: Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Technology — Remote Contract

Shopify Developer (Contract): Theme customization, app integrations, and storefront performance. Must know Liquid.

Data Analyst (Contract): GA4, Shopify analytics, and building dashboards that help us make smarter decisions.
